Reject a lead from the review queue
Remove a discovered lead before it enters a campaign, and keep your queue clean.
Rejecting a lead removes it from the campaign queue before any outreach is sent. It’s the right move when an agent finds someone who looks like a fit on paper but isn’t, wrong seniority, wrong industry, ex-employee of a competitor, or just someone you’d rather not contact.
Reject a single lead
- Open the discovered leads list.
- Click the lead to open the detail panel.
- Click Reject.
The lead’s status moves to rejected, no workflow actions are scheduled, and the lead disappears from the active queue. You can still see them in the list filtered by Rejected.
Reject in bulk
Use the row checkboxes to select multiple leads, then click Reject selected. Useful for clearing a batch of clearly off-ICP leads at once.
Will the same person come back?
A rejected lead won’t be re-added to the campaign queue automatically. If a different agent in your workspace later discovers the same person via a different signal, that’s a new lead in a new agent’s context. Funkel doesn’t carry rejections across agents, because the second discovery may be more relevant than the first.
Why there’s no separate “block”
We deliberately don’t maintain a global blocklist. ICP sharpening is a more durable fix, if you’re rejecting many leads with the same trait, edit your ICP filters or signal mix to stop them from being discovered in the first place. The reject button is for one-off cleanup, not policy.
