EU online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) under the VSBG.
