Why this exists

How we work

We ship every week and keep the question simple: will this help customers find better leads, understand the buying signal, or turn that signal into a real conversation?

That is why our roadmap stays close to the core workflow: finding people who are already showing intent, improving lead quality, reviewing messages faster, handling replies, and sending safely from connected LinkedIn, X, and email accounts. If an idea does not help customers get closer to revenue, it waits.

We still keep the business side simple: one public plan, a 30-day money-back guarantee if Funkel AI is not a fit, cancellation in settings, and clear security details on our security page. But the main job is the product: less guessing who to contact, more time talking to people with a reason to care.
