How is Funkel AI different from a lead list?
Funkel AI starts from public signals, company data, or lists. It finds the right people, checks buyer fit, and keeps the original proof beside each lead. You see why a person was found before you approve a campaign.
Will my LinkedIn account be safe?
Funkel AI uses per-account daily limits, randomized timings, and pause conditions when LinkedIn shows warning signs. This lowers risk, but it does not remove it. You remain responsible for platform rules and legal obligations.
Does anything send without my approval?
Nothing sends until you turn the campaign on. Campaigns can run automatically after setup. Approval mode can hold work for review. Company search approval only adds people to a lead list. Hacker News leads cannot enter a LinkedIn campaign until their LinkedIn identity resolves.
Where does Funkel AI find people?
Funkel AI can start from Hacker News mentions, LinkedIn signals, X posts, Clay inbound data, and CSV company or people lists. Each source keeps its own evidence and routing rules.
Which actions use credits?
Funkel AI shows credit costs before paid enrichment starts. Company-to-person searches use a server-calculated estimate. A successful Hacker News to LinkedIn profile resolution uses 4 credits. Hacker News discovery itself uses no credits.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
Standard is paid from signup. Use Funkel AI for 30 days. If Funkel AI does not find qualified leads matching your approved buyer profile, contact us during that period for a Standard subscription refund.
Can I bring my own list or use Clay?
Yes. Upload a CSV with company names plus domains or company LinkedIn URLs. Choose target roles and companies, review the credit estimate, and start the search. Results stay in review until you approve them into a lead list. Or connect Clay to one Funkel AI product and copy its unique inbound URL. Clay sends company data into a pending review queue. Receiving data does not spend credits. You confirm the company search after reviewing its scope and estimate.
