How leads get into lists

Auto-approval, the review queue, and what triggers a lead to enter your campaign.

Every app gets one lead list created automatically when the app is created (named {App name} Leads). All leads your agents find for that app land in this list. Whether they enter a campaign right away depends on your review mode setting.

The autopilot path (default)

With review mode off, leads auto-approve into the campaign assigned to the agent that found them. The flow is:

  1. Agent detects a signal for a lead.
  2. Funkel scores the lead against the agent’s ICP.
  3. If the score clears the agent’s threshold, the lead is added to the list and queued in the campaign.
  4. The first workflow step is scheduled.

Funkel’s default is autopilot because most leads agents find are good: your job is to reject the bad ones, not to approve every good one.

The review path

Turn review mode on in the campaign’s settings. Now leads land in the list with status pending. Open the list, scan the queue, and click Approve or Reject on each. Approved leads enter the campaign; rejected ones don’t and won’t come back.

Bulk actions

Select multiple leads with the row checkboxes, then click Approve selected or Reject selected. Useful when you have a backlog and want to triage in batches.

What the list shows

Each row carries: name, headline, company, the signal that triggered them, the agent that found them, the score, and the discovery date. Click a lead to see the full enriched profile.
