Create your workspace and add your first app

Paste a URL, let Funkel draft your buyer profile, and choose the agents that will find leads for you.

A Funkel workspace is the home for one product’s outbound: its buyer profile, its agents, the LinkedIn senders that send for it, and the lists of leads they find. Most teams start with one workspace and add another only when they take a second product to market.

1. Sign up

Create your account at app.funkel.ai. You can sign up with email and password, or with Google or LinkedIn single sign-on. Passwords need at least 8 characters with one uppercase, one lowercase, and one number.

2. Create your first app

After signup you land on Create your first app. An app is what you’re taking to market: a product, a service, a landing page. Paste its URL and Funkel reads the page to draft a name, description, and a buyer profile for you (titles, industries, company sizes, geographies). The draft is a starting point, edit anything that doesn’t match the buyers you actually want.

Tip · If your landing page is light on detail, point Funkel at a richer page like /about or /customers. The richer the source, the sharper the buyer profile draft.

3. Connect a LinkedIn sender

Open Settings → Platform Accounts and click + Connect LinkedIn. You’ll be sent through a secure authorization flow and returned to Funkel once the account is connected. Two senders are included on the Growth plan; you can add more from the same screen.

4. Create your first agent

Open the app, click + Create Agent, and pick Signal Agent. Give it a name, confirm or refine the buyer profile, pick the signals it should watch (job changes, posts about competitors, etc.), and save. The agent now starts looking for leads in the background.
