Import known people from CSV
Map columns, check rows, and select people for a campaign.
Use this path when you already have LinkedIn profile URLs or email addresses. It does not run company searches.
Prepare your file
Use a CSV with a header row, up to 10 MB. Download the sample CSV from the upload screen.
Each row needs a LinkedIn URL or email. LinkedIn-only rows also need a first or last name.
Optional fields include company, headline, notes, and already_connected. An email address does not prove verified work-email status.
Upload and map columns
Select your product and open Find people. Choose Import known people. Upload your CSV and select or name a destination list.
Check each column mapping and its sample value. Match person profile URLs, not company profile URLs.
Check and import rows
Select Check rows. Review Valid, Duplicates, and Errors. Correct invalid source rows before uploading again.
Select Import valid rows when ready. Review the created people and open the destination list if needed.
Continue to a campaign
Select the created people you want to use. Choose a campaign and review enrollment results before launch.
