Cancel or pause your subscription

Cancel from settings, no email required, no pause-to-keep-you tactics.

You can cancel anytime from inside the product: no email required, no “wait, here’s a discount” intercept. Funkel runs your paid access through the end of the current billing period and then stops charging.

Cancel

  1. Open Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Manage subscription. You’ll be sent to a Stripe-hosted portal for the actual cancellation.
  3. Click Cancel plan in the portal and confirm.

You’ll see a confirmation email. Your workspace stays fully active until the end of the current period; on renewal day, no charge is made and the workspace shifts into read-only mode.

What happens to your data

  • Campaigns pause; senders disconnect cleanly so they don’t keep sending.
  • Your discovered leads, conversations, and history remain in your account.
  • If you reactivate within 90 days, everything resumes exactly as you left it.
  • After 90 days of inactivity, we may delete the workspace; we’ll email you well in advance.

Pause instead of cancel

Funkel doesn’t have a separate “pause subscription” button, but you can pause every campaign individually (see Pause, resume, and end a campaign). Billing keeps running, but no outreach is sent. This is the right move when you’re away for a couple of weeks but plan to come back.

Reactivating

Open Settings → Billing, click Reactivate, and confirm payment. Senders need to be reconnected (the auth tokens were invalidated on cancellation), but campaigns, agents, lead lists, and history are untouched.
