Cancel or pause your subscription

Cancel from settings, no save-attempt intercepts. What happens to your data when you do.

You can cancel anytime from inside the product. No save-attempt intercept. Your paid access runs through the end of the current billing period, and then everything is removed cleanly.

Cancel

  1. Open Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Manage subscription. You’ll be sent to a Stripe-hosted portal for the actual cancellation.
  3. Click Cancel plan in the portal and confirm.

What happens next

  • Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. Senders keep sending; campaigns keep running.
  • On the renewal day, no charge is made.
  • We email you a confirmation. Your account, your data, and your connected LinkedIn integration are removed at the same time.

Important: cancellation is a clean exit, not a soft archive. If you want continuity later, pause your campaigns instead (see below). Operational backups, logs, and billing records may remain for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy, but the product workspace is not kept around as a restoration-ready copy.

Pause instead of cancel

Funkel does not have a separate “pause subscription” button, but you can pause every campaign individually (see Pause, resume, and end a campaign). Billing keeps running, but no outreach is sent. This is the right move when you are away for a couple of weeks but plan to come back. Your senders stay connected and your data is untouched.

Coming back later

If you cancel and later decide to return, sign up again at app.funkel.ai. You will be a new customer with a fresh workspace; the old one is gone. If you want continuity, choose pause over cancel.
