# Funkel AI partner guide (v1 DRAFT)

## Your terms

- 30% recurring commission for the lifetime of each customer you refer, on all plans.
- Commissions are approved after a 30-day hold.
- 60-day cookie. Last-touch attribution: the last referral link someone clicks gets the credit.
- Monthly payouts in USD by PayPal or Wise, once you reach $30. No invoice needed.

## What Funkel AI does (one paragraph)

Funkel AI finds B2B buyers at the moment they are ready to talk, then writes and sends the outreach. It watches 13 buying signals, such as a new role, fresh funding, or a post asking for an alternative to a competitor. It writes the first message from the signal, follows up on LinkedIn and email, and drafts replies. Nothing sends until the user turns it on. Setup takes about 5 minutes: paste a website URL and Funkel AI writes the buyer profile.

## Claims you can make

- "Built-in LinkedIn pacing: a 14-day warm-up and weekly limits spread over business days."
- "$99 a month. Money back if Funkel AI finds no leads that match your buyer profile in 30 days." (Standard plan only. Use this exact wording.)
- "Built and hosted in the EU."

## Claims you must not make

- No promises of a number of meetings, replies or revenue.
- Do not say LinkedIn accounts are "safe" or "can't be restricted". Say the pacing is designed to look like normal use.
- Do not promise automated cold DMs on X.
- Do not mention Reddit as a signal source.
- Do not say "official LinkedIn partner" or imply a partnership with LinkedIn or X.
- Do not use Funkel AI in paid search ads on the "Funkel" brand name.
- Do not create fake reviews or screenshots.

## Disclosure

Say that you earn a commission. For example: "I'm a Funkel AI partner and earn a commission if you sign up."

## Brand use

- Write the name as "Funkel AI".
- Use the logo files from the kit. Do not change the colors or stretch the logo.
- Orange is an accent color. Do not use it as a full background.
